Love

   Introduction

I never got love. Look what it did to Troy. I try to act as robotic as possible but it is not easily to succumb to human desires without self conflict of interest. But as humans it is almost near impossible to get rid of our human nature. I wrote this poem as a tribute to channel my human emotions.

Poem

We were not born of the same womb
But like Romeo and Juliet, destined for each other
Then somewhere along the line you thought we were not meant for one another
and left me stranded in the desert plain

My heart is like a flower,
It blooms and blossoms in your awestruck company
But withers and dyes without your santuary
